The ingredient of Cardamom Fruit Salad

  • half of about 820g pineapple peeled cored
  • 1 4 about 400g pawpaw deseeded peeled
  • 20g 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 2 teaspoon floor cardamom
  • 60ml 1 4 cup fresh orange juice
  • mango flavoured frozen yoghurt to serve

The Instruction of cardamom fruit salad

  • ufeffcut the pineapple and pawpaw crossways into 1cm thick slices layer the fruit on serving dishes
  • melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat add brown sugar and cardamom and cook dinner stirring for 1 minute or till sugar dissolves stir in the orange juice and produce to the boil reduce the warmth to medium and simmer exposed for 1 minute or till the sauce reduces barely
  • serve fruit drizzled with sauce and with frozen yoghurt
