cardamom provides an uncommon flavour to these pineapple and pawpaw fruit salad
The ingredient of Cardamom Fruit Salad
- half of about 820g pineapple peeled cored
- 1 4 about 400g pawpaw deseeded peeled
- 20g 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 2 teaspoon floor cardamom
- 60ml 1 4 cup fresh orange juice
- mango flavoured frozen yoghurt to serve
The Instruction of cardamom fruit salad
- ufeffcut the pineapple and pawpaw crossways into 1cm thick slices layer the fruit on serving dishes
- melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat add brown sugar and cardamom and cook dinner stirring for 1 minute or till sugar dissolves stir in the orange juice and produce to the boil reduce the warmth to medium and simmer exposed for 1 minute or till the sauce reduces barely
- serve fruit drizzled with sauce and with frozen yoghurt
