Citrus Souffle

The ingredient of Citrus Souffle

  • 30g butter
  • 1 4 cup caster sugar
  • 1 lemon rind finely grated
  • 1 lime rind finely grated
  • 2 tablespoons simple flour
  • 1 cup milk scalded warm
  • 2 eggs separated
  • 1 tablespoon citrus juice
  • 2 egg whites more
  • icing sugar for dusting
  • half cup thickened cream
  • 100g white chocolate finely chopped
  • half of lemon finely grated zest

The Instruction of citrus souffle

  • ufeffpreheat oven to 200c lightly grease four x 3 4 cup souffle dishes
  • in a medium saucepan integrate butter sugar and zest stir over medium heat until melted add flour cook dinner stirring for 1 min remove from heat

  • serve souffles dusted with icing sugar accompany with white chocolate sauce for drizzling
